As with all updates, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies before trying out any of our newly released features. And be sure to read our post October Product Updates for the first set of updates we shared earlier this month.
We are pleased to announce that sticky filters are now available in all aspects of the Control Panel. The system now remembers your selections including selected filters, the number of items you choose to view on a page, and where you left when scrolling on the page. When you navigate away from the page, the system will automatically return you to these settings, including the same spot on the page when you make your way back! We hope you will find this addition very handy, especially when modifying users or scrolling through an extensive listing page.
You can now sort your personal Action Center found in the Control Panel by date. The date column allows for sorting in either ascending or descending order, depending on your filters.
In addition to being able to hide a specific asset group, you now have the ability to hide the entire category from public view, granting you greater control over what your patrons can and cannot see and book. Staff will still have access to this category, even when hidden from patrons, so you can manage bookings for those assets from the Control Panel if you’d like to continue using them. Hiding a category will not result in any data loss from previous appointments.
You can now modify your asset group or category custom questions without any data loss. Both the original answers before the question was changed as well as answers following the question update will appear in the appointment details and on your reports.
An email notification is now sent when an asset associated with an appointment is modified. Previously, emails were only sent for a new appointment confirmations, reminders, time changes, or cancellations.
If you would like to learn more or to enable this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or to our Support Team.
When adding or removing a bookable asset from an existing room booking the name of the asset is now displayed in the history log, providing you with even more in-depth details about the room booking. Previously, it just noted an asset was added or removed, but did not give detail as to which asset it was.
The option to add ‘Archived’ templates to your template reports has been added and is now available for use.
We have added support for customers wishing to use the 24-hour time and DD/MM/YYYY date format.
Customers using Polaris and Sierra will now see a ‘no matches found’ message when the catalog search yields no results. This message was already in place for Sirsi customers, so customers using Engage with Sirsi will not see any changes.
