As restrictions continue to ease for many public libraries their leadership teams are faced with decisions about when and how to reintroduce services. We recently sat down with three of our customers to learn how they evaluate these decisions, the services they're offering and how they keep staff and customers in the loop. 

The reopening process and timeline has been different for staff a Coquitlam (BC), Roxbury (NJ) and New Orleans (LA) public libraries but they each emphasize the importance of breaking down communication silos and leading with confidence.  Watch the replay below to learn how they accomplish this, their advice for managing outdoor events and the strategic initiatives they're launching as a result of lessons learned over the last year.

During the webinar, Jane LeGros of New Orleans Public Library shares they've decided to start using Communico's Schedule module to offer services previously managed manually, such as computer appointments and notary services.
