Registration Webhook
You may now connect registration data to third-party tools via a webhook. For example, when a patron signs up for an event you can use the webhook to send emails with event details from another platform.
New webhook subscriptions can be added via the control panel under Settings. You can learn more about webhooks by visiting this page on Communico College.

Action Center Filters
A column for Event Date has been added to the Events tab within the Action Center. This column allows you to sort by ascending or descending order.
SCHEDULE
ILS Integration
This request was our most-asked for enhancement, so it made it to the top of the list! Our ILS integration feature gives you a several new options, all of which can be controlled on a group by group basis.
Enable Patron Lookup: You may now choose to enable the patron lookup option without making it required, allowing patrons to use the tool to auto-fill the appointment form with their details if they so choose.
Patron Login Required: You have the option to make a library card required so the patron will not be able to complete an appointment request without one.
Ready Holds Required*: Schedule now has the ability to check the patron record to see if there are holds ready for pickup. The patron will not be able to submit their appointment if there aren’t any holds ready. Patron login required must be toggled to ‘yes’ to use this feature.
Display Patron Barcode on Listing Page: This allows you to either include or exclude the patron barcode number on your appointment listing page.
*Ready Holds Required is only available for Polaris, Sierra, Symphony, and Horizon customers.
Hiding Groups
From time to time you may want to hide an asset from public view or ‘retire’ it completely. We do not suggest deleting the group as this will result in data loss, so we’ve added a toggle to allow you to hide the group from your patron-facing site, leaving any previous or future appointments untouched.
Details
Now just like you can with Attend and Reserve, you will have a details button available to you for Schedule appointments as well! The cancel button appears as an option after selecting details.
