We've developed a tool that allows us to complete bulk cancellation of events and room bookings on your behalf.
The tool can do the following:
- Bulk cancellation of all room bookings made by patrons for a given date range and suspension of any new reservations from taking place during this date range. A report will then be sent to you from the Customer Success team with all the pertinent information provided by the patron at time of booking. Assuming email and or telephone details are required at time of booking, this report can be used to contact the patrons affected by this process
- Bulk cancellation of all Programs/Events for a given date range and suspension of any new registrations from taking place during this date range. A report will then be sent to you from the Customer Success team with all the pertinent information provided by the patron at time of registration. Assuming email and or telephone details are required at time of registration, this report can be used to contact the patrons affected by this process
If you would like to take advantage of this tool, email support@communico.us or your Customer Success Manager the specific date range along with the following information:
- Are we cancelling patron facing events only, or should we include private events as well?
- Room bookings - are we cancelling patron bookings only, or should we include staff bookings as well?
- Are we blocking the rooms from patron use? Staff will still be able to book these spaces during that time frame.
Note: This process will also delete virtual events, so please be sure to have a bulk cancellation completed prior to creating virtual events.
