Attend & Reserve
Pay Later
Are you accepting payments in Reserve and/or Attend via credit card? If so, we have a new feature to offer that may help make managing fees and additional charges even easier.
Currently, you have two options:
Now, you’ll have a third payment method to offer customers along with the options above:
When enabled, the customer can navigate to the ‘my reservations’ or ‘my events’ area and pay for their room booking, event registration, or for any additional charges that have been added after the fact.
Reserve
Save a copy of room reservations
Now you can save a past room reservation as a copy, alleviating the need to reenter all the customer information.
To do so, click the ‘edit’ option on the booking you’d like to clone, then, in the top righthand corner, click the arrow drop down next to the ‘save’ button and select copy a reservation. Once saved, you can keep or edit all the details including selecting a new date and time for the room booking.
Attend
Bulk Publishing
Attend now has the option to allow staff (with permission) to bulk publish events vs. clicking and reviewing each program individually. Once the event has made its way through your configured mediation workflow, staff may select the ‘Bulk Publish’ button and choose all events or hand select specific events for immediate publication.
Please note: If you are using multiple mediation levels events must have gone through all your approval levels before it is available to be bulk published.
Reporting Categories
Attend has always had our reporting category feature, but previously you could only assign a single category per program. Now you can attach multiple reporting categories to a single event to help you get even more granular in your custom reporting.
If you’re not familiar, the reporting category option helps you keep your event data organized for your reports. You provide us your custom categories and when building an event you can select these internal options to help you when you pull your data together later.
Please have your Communico administrator reach out to support@communico.us to enable any of the new features above.
